We believe true innovation starts with understanding one another and taking meaningful steps to build workplaces where everyone can thrive.

At H3Being, we prepare leaders and teams for today’s diverse workplace complexities. Our unique ‘Head, Heart, Hands and Body’ approach goes beyond traditional leadership training, focusing on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and practical action. We help organizations create environments where every individual feels valued, and innovation thrives.

Our mission is to empower leaders to lead from a deeper self that is our most creative, curious, compassionate, innovative self. Through targeted training, coaching, and retreats, we guide teams toward resilience, job satisfaction, and collective innovation in the modern business landscape.

Meet Our Team

Led by experienced experts from a variety of fields such as therapy, business, education, non-profit and inclusive environments. Our team, including our CEO Kim Manns, brings decades of leadership experience and a passion for fostering inclusion and innovation in organizations of all sizes.

Kimberly Manns, CEO

Kim is CEO of H3Being. She is a passionate leader with a talent for igniting change in leaders so that they can change culture. Her career began over 20 years ago, in brand management at Procter and Gamble, where she led multicultural marketing for major company brands. She later served the Mayor of Baltimore as Deputy Director of Policy and Communications, focusing on educational and economic disparities.

Kim is a certified Professional Diversity Coach as well as an Emodiment Coach. She has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and is certified by the Internal Family System Institute to assist clients in enhancing self-leadership. She has a B.A. in Marketing and International Business from Georgetown University, and an M.A. in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. Kim is also a Linkedin Learning Instructor. Michelle Kinder, Partner

Michelle is a nationally recognized social emotional health expert, author, speaker, and executive coach. She co-authored WHOLE: What Teachers Need to Help Students Thrive. She is the former executive director of Momentous Institute, and worked in executive leadership for over a decade. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and has worked in children’s mental health for more than two decades. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. Michelle graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts, and the University of Texas with a master’s degree in Educational Psychology.

Under Michelle’s leadership, Momentous Institute was named one of the top 100 Best Workplaces for Women and one of the 50 Best Workplaces in Texas by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work.

Michelle is a Public Voices Fellow with the OpEd Project and has articles featured in more than a dozen publications including TIME, Washington Post, Ms. Magazine, The Hill, Texas Tribune, Dallas Morning News, Mindful Magazine and Huffington Post. In addition to her opinion pieces, Michelle is a published poet. Michelle has been recognized for her contribution in numerous ways including: CEO of the Year by CNM Connect, Face of Hope by the Grant Haliburton Foundation, Dallas-Fort Worth Teach for America’s Honorary Alum, Juliette Fowlers’ 2019 Visionary Woman, and Award in Excellence in Education by the Dallas Historical Society.

Michelle grew up in Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Patrick, and their two daughters, Maya and Sophia, and their beloved rescue pups.

Nyacko Perry, PARTNER

Nyacko is an Organization Development Consultant who works with small businesses, community organizations, and corporations to address racial inequalities, draft policy changes, and foster a culture where every individual in the organization feels a sense of belonging. She believes that every organization is capable of doing the work needed to create a safe environment, and increase diversity in leadership that reflects different identities. Through her data-driven, systems-based approach, Nyacko is able to gain a holistic view of the organization that centers the voices of the most marginalized to make sure they are heard, represented, and become part of that change process.

Nyacko is also a 500-hour professional level yoga teacher, an Afro Flow Yoga® certified teacher, and she eloquently and purposefully weaves her mindfulness expertise into her consulting work. Nyacko holds an M.S. in Organization Development, with distinction, from American University, and is a recipient of the American University’s Segal Seashore Fellowship award for her demonstrated commitment to social justice. She served in the Peace Corps as an HIV/AIDS Capacity Building Volunteer in Botswana from 2012-2014.

Andrew Gordon-Kirsch, PARTNER

As an executive coach, Andrew specializes in inclusive leadership development. He has spent the last decade developing teams, strengthening interpersonal communication, and helping individuals thrive. He combines deep curiosity with a keen ear, to collaboratively solve problems with his clients. With experience serving the Fortune 100, as well as movement-based political organizations and outdoor leadership programs, Andrew leverages a mixed-methods approach to design engaging experiences that take conversation and action to the next level. Andrew identifies as a white man, and hopes that more white men will make inclusive culture change a priority for themselves and their organizations.

Wiley Davi, PARTNER

Wiley is a professor of English & Media Studies at Bentley University, a premier business university near Boston, Mass. In addition, Wiley is a program facilitator for Bentley’s Center for Women and Business, and for Erasmus University Rotterdam’s Erasmus Center for Women and Organizations. Wiley also serves on the BRIDGE Advisory Board, an organization helping companies address gaps in belonging, inclusion, diversity, and equity. Wiley is co-author of the book Leading with Uncommon Sense (Springer 2019). Their teaching and research interests span the fields of writing, diversity and inclusion, gender studies, and leadership. Wiley holds a Ph.D. from Tufts University in Massachusetts.
