“We’re talking about someone very special in Kim. I’ve been honored to partner with her over the past two years in developing and delivering our flagship leadership program, The Reckoning. Kim operates on multiple levels: as a content creator, consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. To each of these arenas, she brings compassion and creativity, humanity and humility, rigor and openness, and wisdom and curiosity. Kim brings to all of her work, and her clients, a deep commitment to creating a more conscious, caring, and equitable world. She has coached a range of senior leaders in The Reckoning, and they rave about her insight and her compassion. As a coach and as a facilitator, Kim challenges clients to become all they’re capable of being, by embracing all of who they are. She also creates a space in which they can feel safe and understood as she helps them challenge their assumptions, biases and blind spots. I literally cannot recommend Kim more highly.”
"A 30-year career journey to get me to a place where I can finally identify the “why” behind my attitudes, behaviors, and reactions to discussions, topics, people, and problems in the workplace. Kim has given me a mental framework through her incredible coaching to help me identify what motivates my actions/ reactions and how to control the outcomes of the relationships I want to have. She has helped me realize the value of my circumstances, environment, and experiences as an asset”
"Over the course of the last several months, we have partnered with H3 Diversity in a couple of critical ways. First, we engaged six of our grantees to engage in racial equity training. The results of these programs were really remarkable and five of those six grantees have since engaged with Kim and the H3 Diversity team to scale the training to their overall organization. In fact, we were so pleased with those outcomes we also engaged the H3 Diversity team to partner with the Dallas Foundation to really build our muscle to navigate issues of equity, inclusion, and acceptance within our organization and Dallas in general. Kim and her team are a great partner and I am deeply thankful for their support as we build this muscle to be more effective within our own community."
“Kim led a retreat for our team to understand our team and improve our culture. Her balance of creating a brave space for conversation mixed with her ability to support each person individually in being seen is unmatched. I highly recommend Kim and H3 Diversity to support creating a culture of belonging for your team”
